Shipping policy

How we ship

Everything is packed by hand at the café in The Hague. We pack on working days, Monday to Friday, and your order leaves within one working day.

Rates and delivery times

Netherlands: €6,95. Free on orders over €55. Three to five working days.
European Union: €12,95. Three to five working days.

Pick up at the café

You can collect your order at NIAH, Korte Molenstraat 17A, 2513 BM The Hague. Pick up is free and your order is ready within 24 hours. We open at nine. Bring your confirmation email and we will have it ready at the bar.

Tracking

You get an email when your order is packed, with a track and trace link. If it has not arrived within two working days, write to hello@niahmatcha.com and we will look it up for you.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, send a photo to hello@niahmatcha.com within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. If tracking has not moved for five working days we start a search with the carrier and keep you updated.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address before you confirm. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we refund the order minus the shipping cost, or send it again once the shipping is paid.
